The last “Anniversary Edition” colorway of the Nike Air Force 1 was an exercise in luxury. The brand tried out a number of high-end materials on top of a “Triple Black” color scheme, and the next will be the same.
Music and fashion rarely mix well, but Nike made an exception
However, this pair is different because it has a split-color design and the music-inspired symbol has been moved to the heel. Instead of splitting the shoe down the middle, this Nike AF 1 cuts itself at an angle, separating the toe and medial. This part is bright white and made of smooth leather, which is a stark contrast to the rough and croc-like texture of the black parts. Along with the matching logos on the heel, tongue, and mic-printed sockliner, gold dubraes and eyelets finish off the design.
Nike Air Force 1 will remain a popular basketball footwear for many years. Its timeless and flexible style will inspire others for years, even if modest alterations are made. If you keep loyal to your roots, there’s nothing wrong with developing.
