Paul George’s childhood interests have made it into his signature sneaker lines with Nike, like the Playstation x Nike PG line and the Nike PG 6, which will come out later this year.
The lateral Swoosh and futuristic design are awesome
The shoe has a multilayered mesh top with a striking blue to red gradient, a Hot Wheels-inspired design on the lateral Swoosh, and PG’s 13 embellished with flames on the medial side, just as on a racing car. Orange accents can be seen all around, and the tongue has a checkered flag design with branding for Hot Wheels on the left and PG’s emblem on the right. The midsole of the sneaker is made of Nike’s React foam, which is visible in white and orange. A multi-circular design completes the sneaker.
This release is a happy way to celebrate the partnership between two well-known brands, and it gives NBA stars a great chance to show how creative they can be. Some of the newest technology from both Nike and Hot Wheels is used in the shoes, which is new and exciting for sneakerheads.
