Nike continues to experiment with the decades-old Air Force 1 Low, presenting it with yet another variation of the Swoosh design.
Swooshes using lenticular material for a weird effect
Based on a clean all-white tumbled leather basis, this Air Force 1 Low gets a pop of color from an enlarged Swoosh design. The use of a lenticular sheet generates a small color shift of citrus hues on the logo and heel-tab, making the color pop even more. Red accents on the Nike Air tongue branding and the AIR fixture on the midsole complete the appearance.
Termination
Keeping a classic just the way it is is hard to beat. In fact, sometimes it’s best not to mess with what’s working. But every once in a while, when it’s done well, it can still be exciting to see companies improve and change a classic design. Nike Air Force 1 Lows with lenticular Swooshes are an example.
