I personally think Mythbusters should whack this myth out of the blue! Show people that you cannot get a six pack overnight, and there is no device, exercise or magic pill (or button) that will get you ripped six pack abs overnight!

The secret of getting a six pack is in 3 components so many already know, but just don’t do. The ones who do them, get six pack abs. The problem is, people do it wrong or have no idea what each one means, so in this article I’ll show you the three ingredients of how to get a six pack quickly, or at least quicker than many of the other crappy methods out there today.

So here’s the formula:

High Intense Interval Training – If you have the ability to wake up 20 minutes earlier, put on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, get a pair of shorts and run for 10 minutes in this specific way you’ll increase your energy, fat loss and metabolism throughout the day, which is exactly what you need to lose fat in order to see your six pack. Intervals are 1 minute of running and 1 minute of jogging, then do that for 5-6 runs and 5 rests. That means a total of 10 minutes. That will burn a lot of fat, if you do it before breakfast, since you are stealing energy straight from your fat stores!

High Intense Resistance Training – You will need some muscle in order to burn more fat at rest. This is essential to weight loss! The more muscle the faster you burn and lose fat. So when you do it through the power of supersets and high intense resistance training you are putting your body up for a challenge it’s never seen and starts to pack on mass faster than normal weight lifting.

A Balanced Diet 5-6 Times Per Day – You will need to eat right in order to get the most out of your exercise. You can’t out train a bad diet. Say a pizza is 800 calories… that’s like 50 minutes on a treadmill, so you don’t want that. Instead you want lean meats, chicken, beans, fruits and vegetables that will help boost your metabolism and also create a sense of feeling stuffed. Make sure you get protein each day too, so that you are fueling the body each day.

These are the main basics of how to get a six pack quickly and building muscle mass. And if Mythbusters were to do a test, they’d see that this method would work wonders, compared to most of the crappy fads you see out there today!
