The Nike Air Max Plus hasn’t been shy about taking colorways from other Air Max classics before, but this latest release doesn’t even have to go that far to make the connection. This upcoming Air Max Plus is based on the original “Celery” colorway of the Air Tuned Max, which was one of the most famous sneaker colorways of the late 1990s.
Add a hint of metallic gold to the piece’s elegance.
With a standard Nike Air Max Plus build, the upper of this upcoming release is made of anodized metallic for that signature copper look. A dark wine red overlay on the lava cage and the mudguard give the shoe a bit more color, and the exposed metallic gold at the midfoot and outsole adds an elegant touch. The Tuned Air cushioning unit on the insole at the heel is without a doubt our favorite detail.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Tuned Max” can be a casual sneaker or a way to dress up your outfit. The shoe has many appealing features, like being made for an active lifestyle.
