Jordan Brand gives us an Air Jordan 11 as a gift every year around the holidays. In the past, the “Concord” and “Bred,” as well as the “Jubilee” and the “self-lacing” AJ11 Adapt, have been brought back. For 2022, the Jumpman brings the “Cherry” color from the AJ11 Low to the mid-top.

The smooth, buttery upper gives the sneaker a luxury feel

Official pictures of the Air Jordan 11 “Cherry” have finally come out after many, many months of waiting. As with all of Tinker Hatfield’s designs, the “Cherry” red mudguard is made of patent leather, just like the rest of the car. The branding next to it, as well as the outsole, lining, sockliner, and heel tab, which has the number “23” in thin, white font, all have accents that match. Except for the icy blue bottom, this neutral color is used everywhere else on the shoe. This includes the mesh and leather upper, the lace unit, and the midsole.

It’s a unique look for a Jordan 11. As usual, the high-quality construction is clear, and there are no obvious flaws. The result is an understated mix of colors that looks good when you look closely at the shoe’s details. This is one model that AJ lovers who want to stand out but not too much might wear.
